Responsible AI review deployed under a HIPAA-aligned governance framework

The situation

Eleven AI pilots had stalled in security review. Legal could not evidence how models handled protected health information or how outputs were validated.

What we did

3. 03Designed human-in-the-loop checkpoints with full decision audit logging.
4. 04Retired seven pilots; promoted four to production with defined ownership.
